Shipping Policy
FAHER, a brand by Cosmogen India, has partnered with reputable logistic partners to ensure that all our products reach you in the best condition, free of any damage. We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and thoroughly test the package’s worthiness before using them for shipping and delivery.
How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Once your order is processed, our team conducts a thorough inspection to ensure the products are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, we pack and hand over your products to our trusted logistic partner. They will deliver the products to you as soon as possible. If our logistic partner cannot reach you at the shipping address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Please note that all products ordered (including any free gifts bundled with your order) will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout, along with an invoice. While we strive to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible.
How Are the Products Packaged?
Each product is carefully packaged in bubble wrap. Fragile items, such as glass bottles, receive an additional layer of bubble wrap for extra security. After packaging, the products are placed in sturdy cardboard boxes and handed over to our logistic partners. FAHER holds responsibility for any damages that occur during transit.
Where Does FAHER Ship?
FAHER ships throughout India to nearly all pin-codes. Our serviceable pin-code list may change based on our logistic partners. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin-code on any product page or during checkout.
Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, including the tracking number and courier company. You can also track your order if you’re a registered user by logging into the “My Account” section and viewing the “Your Orders” tab.
How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout based on your shipping address. We aim to dispatch products within 24 hours and deliver them within 2-7 days, depending on your location. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. FAHER is not liable for delays caused by our logistic partners.
Note: Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
What Time of the Day Will My Order Be Delivered?
Our logistic partner will call you before delivering the product to your specified address. Please ensure you’re available to receive the call. If delivery attempts fail three times, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
What Are the Shipping Charges?
Shipping and handling charges may vary based on the product, packaging size, and other factors. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout. Please note that FAHER does not charge separate shipping fees beyond the total bill amount shown at checkout.
Delivery Information
If no one is available to receive the order, our logistic partner will make two additional delivery attempts. You can contact our Customer Service hotline to reschedule the delivery date. If all three delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
